There may be some services required by skills brokers that will take a reasonable time to complete and so must therefore be charged to the broker firm by SummitSkills. Training provider coursesSummitSkills can not only provide brokers with a list of the region’s colleges, but maps of their locations, their addresses, phone numbers and contact details. More importantly, SummitSkills can provide a list of the building services courses they run. This may include SummitSkills’ CPD training provider database. Employer co-operative
Micro-employers often will not take on new employees or train existing staff because the impact in time and money is too great. SummitSkills has a model for setting up an employer co-operative to get multiple micro-employers acting together as one larger company thus sharing the cost of employees and their training impact.
