Training - New Recruits
For your business to continually grow and develop, you must invest in your workforce. The skills gained through formal training will benefit your business and motivate your employees.
The building services sector has a number of training routes available to employers and their new staff:
- Apprenticeship Schemes
- Direct Employer Training - N/SVQs, HNCs, degrees etc.
Can I get funding for training?
If you are recruiting an apprentice, funding is likely to be available through recognised training providers that will be able to subsidise the cost for an amount, if not all, of the training costs.
For employees enrolled directly onto other training schemes, such as HNCs or postgraduate degrees, try contacting the college or university where the course is held for possible advice on available funding.
